The Restaurant
Chopfuku (pronounced chop-foo-koo) translates to "lucky chop-chop" in Japanese. The SLC-based restaurant was established in January 2017 with the desire to deliver a unique taste of Asia to all the 801 foodies.
The food
Our sushi bar and kitchen utilize ingredients supplied from established and well-known companies from all over the world. We import seasonal ingredients shipped straight from the markets of Japan. We take great pride in the products we bring to your table and hope to make every moment of your meal an exquisite dining experience.
