Omakase is a famous and long-standing culinary style of the Japanese. When you choose the Omakase menu, it means that you let the chef decide your dish. The word itself in Japanese means "I believe (depending) on you".
Meet The Chef
Executive Chef, Ty Hoang, has over 15 years of experience in Japanese and Asian fusion cuisine. He has been constantly learning and working in the culinary field to maximize his creativity for the outstanding taste. His entire career has traveled from East to West of America; and now he arrives in Salt Lake City, Utah to bring his different style of cooking to the locals.
